Hello, I'm Boyd Alan Sparrow. I've spent years as a Chief Executive Officer in the international business world, and my journey has been quite the adventure. It all started when I was 18 and launched my first business. Fast forward 17+ years, and I've had the privilege of successfully building and growing over 30 companies across various industries.

My expertise spans negotiation, RTO operations, B2B sales, tourism, and human resources management. I also have considerable experience in acquisition management and change management. With legal training, Graduate Diplomas in Management, Digital Education, and Human Resources Management, with a Master's in Marketing, I've developed a robust skill set to tackle any challenge that comes my way.
 

I'm passionate about innovation and excel at bringing people together to form dynamic, efficient teams, whether they're offshore or onshore. Beyond my executive roles, I've authored several books and spent over 15 years teaching others about business, sharing the insights and strategies that have driven my own success.
