Hello, I'm Boyd Alan Sparrow. I've spent years as a Chief Executive Officer in the international business world, and my journey has been quite the adventure. It all started when I was 18 and launched my first business. Fast forward 17 years, and I've had the privilege of successfully building and growing over 30 companies across various industries.

My expertise spans negotiation, RTO operations, B2B sales, tourism, and human resources management. I also have considerable experience in acquisition management and change management. With legal training and Graduate Diplomas in Management, Digital Education, and Human Resources Management, plus a Master's in Marketing, I've developed a robust skill set to tackle any challenge that comes my way.

I'm passionate about innovation and excel at bringing people together to form dynamic, efficient teams—whether they're offshore or onshore. Beyond my executive roles, I've authored several books and spent over 15 years teaching others about business, sharing the insights and strategies that have driven my own success.

Giving back is important to me, so I work and volunteer for seven charities across South Australia and the Northern Territory. It's a rewarding way to use my skills and experience to support causes I care about.
